He has worked with organizations like EY, Microsoft, HCL, and TCS over the last 16 years. He held various roles at Microsoft during his 7.5 years of association and was instrumental in building the Cloud partner ecosystem from the ground up in India. In a more recent role, he led Digital Transformation engagements with enterprises across industries. Sandeep also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Arlington (2003). His research in the field of Artificial Intelligence was published in 2003, in the conference proceedings of AAAI. Sandeep has been an entrepreneur before; he quit his flourishing career at HCL in 2008 and founded Oceans Hospitality, a tech-based O&M company in the travel and hospitality domain. In less than 2 years, revenue grew to 15cr with a customer base across India. While at ISB, he co-founded Friday Night Productions and produced a commercial movie, "Buddha in a Traffic Jam," which was commercially released in May 2014.
